Decided today was the day for me to quit. Got an alert on my phone that Tony Gwyn passed away from oral cancer and it scared the crap out of me. Threw the can away and spit out my last dip. Officially I guess, my first day will be tomorrow but I am just looking for the future. Dipped a can a day for about 8 years since I was 17 and look back everyday that it was the stupidest thing off my life. Just hoping that the c word doesn't show up any where and hope that I can live a better life going forward.
