I not only want to but I have to quit

Realized I hit another stage of quit recently. It has been quite some time since I had a dip of Smokey Mountain or even a temptation to do so. Well, yesterday I was driving my wives car and had to open the center console. There was a pretty full can of Smokey Mountain I did not even realize was there. I was not even tempted to take a dip of it. The last time I did dip it I spit it out in a matter of minutes. I took that can and littered as I drove. I don't even have a craving for fake dip any more.

Just another good day to be quit is all today is. My middle daughter is done with her extended Christmas break from college and I get to drive her back to college in a few hours. It snowed here last night and the temperature is 14 degrees so it will be a long drive there and back. Two years ago a 200 mile drive on snow and ice would have led to many dips. Now, no chance of that. I can't even remember the last time I seriously craved a dip. The last time I stuck Smokey Mountain in my mouth I found that disgusting and was spitting that up within a matter of minutes. Nowadays the only thing that stays in my mouth any length of time is gum, breath mints and a toothbrush. I can now laugh at the fools sneaking a smoke or dip at work instead of being one of them. Some think I am cold blooded because I have no sympathy when they get caught and terminated. Thanks for all of the support and I will be here again tomorrow morning to make another promise.
