where do you coach baseball?

Made it through the first day of practice. Wasn't easy with all the dip around me, but it did help to think about what I have read here. Screw the dip for having this much control over me even if I am not having any.

I found this group on day 16 of my quit, wish I would of found it on day 1.  The things I read on this site are very helpful.

I started dipping like alot of you at about 12, got serious about 15.  For the last 20 years I have never gone very long without a dip.  I never even wanted to quit, much less tried.

I promised my wife before we got married that I would make a real effort to quit, and never even thought of trying until she finally called me on it.  I love my wife more than Skoal Original, and about 2 days after she finally mentioned it I took the last dip I will ever take.

I coach baseball and am getting ready to go face my biggest trigger, we open preseason practice today.  I will get through it, but I am nervous at the moment.  Thanks to all the guys who have already shown their support for me.

Skoal has seen the last $ they will get from me.

HOW TO POST ROLL CALL
FOR Newbies!!!

Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3 - Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box
Step 4 - Hit Ctrl and "A" at the Same time so it looks like THIS
Step 5 - Hit Ctrl and "X" at the same time so there is NOTHING in Either Box
Step 6 - Click your mouse in the TOP BOX
Step 7 - Hit Ctrl and "V" at the same time to Past the info into the top box AND ADD YOUR info to the bottom of the list
Step 8 - Hit ADD REPLY below the bottom box
Step 9 - Go back to the 1st unread post, pat yourself on the back, and have a beer cause you will not be dipping today.
