Day 333...creeping up on one year. This place works if you follow the formula and use the provided resources. So far 333-0 against nic. That is a record you can't argue against. Take what you need from the site and leave the rest. Just don't fuck with success.
That's My brother! Doing fine work up in this quit of yours. Proud of you!

Nothing good or worthwhile is ever easy. Remember that when your quit gets challenging. If it was easy, everyone would do it.

Guys/Gals,

Today was my 24th day without any nicotine in my system. I didn't ever think that I would be able to do this. Have there been times when I wanted a chew....hell yes. The difference is that I didn't want to make the progress I have made thus far go for nothing. I also didn't want to have to let everyone down that I have been posting roll with. For me...the Smokey Mountain and Mint Snuff have been a VERY helpful. I hope to eventually get away from wanting them too. However, they still have to be way better than the bad shit I had been shoving in my cakehole for the last 15 years.

24 days down...the rest of my life to go.
Do whatever you need to do to stay quit. Your doing a great job. Do not worry about the fake stuff. There will come a time where you just wont reach for it. I still use it from time to time, but I will go days with out even thinkng about it (on day 185).

Keep on quitting one day at a time.

it all gets better, though there will be days/weeks when you start to doubt that. the good news is that you have folks here that will help remind you about the good days past and the good days to come. we've all been where you are right now and have come out the other side.

come in, drink the kool-aid, and be quit for once and all.

Congradulations on your quit, ive been quit for 114 days after chewing cope for 20 years. Stick with it and post roll each day and I promise it will get easier.

Regards,
Mark
Will do....I think the first week is going to be worst. I'm hoping once I get this shit out of my system I will be able to think clearly again.

B)
You will.

Hey way to go! It's a really tough road but it's certainly doable and worth it.

I'm smack dab in the middle of day 2 of my quit as well so I feel your pain. I'm going minute to minute at this point.

This is my third and final quit, the previous 2 quits lasted 2 years and 10 months, so I know the reality is that no matter how long it's been you're always in the middle of your quit and can always use support. You can never stop at just one!

Feel free to message me if you need to rant or whatever.

You can do it!
You may be cool, but you're a tool compared to these guys.

I found this site yesterday as I was halfway through my first day quitting. I am 36 and have been using Cope since I was in college. Started using it when I got free samples at a rodeo I was riding in. Everyone else was, why shouldn't I? So, many years and three kids later I'm done with it. No more wasting money that I could use for other things. No more dad, that's nasty. No more keeping a stinking bottle in a vehicle. It's over. I'm starting to feel it, but I am going to win. I am trying to keep some of the Smokey Mountain stuff on hand at all times until I get farther along in my battle.

Cheers!
Welcome Brother! We shall see our 100 days in April together. I'm quit with you today. If you need anything PM me or we can exchange numbers. Bottom line is this, there was a time before we used and we were just fine. Remember that whenever the nic bitch comes calling and tells you that you can't live without her.
