Day 4 was tough....especially since I was at a graduation party for one of my friends kids. In any case....still going strong. Went fishing this morning - a usual trigger, but made it through that also. Day 5 going well - no strong urges.

Mr B. Day 4 was also a challenge for me. I think you will find that a solid week will be a good turn around point. That seems to be the popular consensus. Everyone mentions it only takes 72 hours for the nic bitch to get out of your system. But the bitch has been there for years. After she leaves there will be some changes too. Hold in there. A good week will make a lot of difference.

Well I think I posted roll in the Samurai correctly. In any case, it is day 4. I have had a can a day habit for about 5 years. I want to quit mainly because I am worried about the health implications but also because I am tired of being a slave to it. It has been a hard couple of days though - especially last night after dinner with my wife and some friends. But I am still quit - one day at a time.
Great job......
Every day will get better.
I quit with you today!

Pm if you have any questions.
I believe.....

Day 1 was bad. Day 2 was a little better. Day 3 starting to feel a bit normal.
Glad you are feeling better and coming out of the fog. Why don't you quit with us by posting roll with the Sultans in Sept 15?
That's how we roll here. Post your promise before status updates.
