When you were with the family, did you just sit there and smile knowing you didn't have to make any excuses to get your fix. See there's victories every day! The amount of time you will share with your family minus nic is priceless! I could never give my family the 32 year's I wasted back. But good Lord willing I will be posting tomorrow to give them 1 more! Quit on and smile, when people ask why your smiling, tell them because im dip free today and damn proud of it!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Way to be man. Stick with it brother. Drink the fuck out of some water today and finish flushing that nic out of your self. By today it should be gone then we have to work on the mental aspect of it. Stay with us brother and work the system as it should be worked. We are all here for you if you are here for us!

What do I mean by you being here for us. What can you POSSIBLY do for us at such a young quit? Simple. By you being here you remind me of a very young quit that I went through.... TWICE. The first time I fucked my self and my group. The next group and my current group took me in and here I sit. Your story reminds me to never do it ever again. When you post, you show me that you care enough to show up and be here for everyone as well as your self. By you posting daily you are gaining strength and wisdom and will begin to give words of witt out freely as well like everyone here has done for you thus far. One day my day may fucking suck ass and along I come and read a posts by you and think man I am glad he posted that. So do NOT EVER think your young quit is not important to us as well because it is.

We are all here for you brother! Stick with it until the ... wait .... there is no end ... besides a pine box. I'm with you every step of the way. I quit with you today Stonemac!

DJ - I think this guy gets it! Awesome to see a new quitter already utilizing texts. Just awesome!
He asked for me to call him on day 1. We talked for about 20 minutes. I hope that he continues on the path and chooses to walk it, with us.
There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.

Looking for your day 3 post dude. 3 days and nicotine is all out of your body. Post your promise, keep your word. You can do this...

You've got a bunch of supporters that will do anything to help you. This isn't easy, only winners can quit. Looking forward to your post today.

My wife made me watch a movie tonight. Bout a golfer going through a tough time and an old guy guiding him on the right track, not just with golf but with his life and his spiritual life. About half way through the old guy taught the golfer a saying that I immediately liked. See, Feel, Trust. SO let's put that into play here at KTC. See the process (brotherhood, accountability, posting roll), Feel that you can commit to that process, and Trust in the process. Join your group (October). Get digits, give people yours. Post roll EVERY DAMN DAY. Make that promise to yourself and your group. So are you going to wake up tomorrow and cave again or you going to wake up tomorrow and See, Feel and Trust? It's on you.
I didn't realize Happy Gilmore was so inspirational

You can do this.
You aren't alone. We've all been where you are.
You don't need nicotine to live, I promise. But it will kill you.
3 days and it is out of your system. Then it is just mind games. You are getting thru the physical part.

Post roll
Keep your word.

Honored to quit with you today.

Hang in there Stonemac. It will suck until it doesn't, normally just for a few weeks and then on and off after that. Day one is bad ass! Every day is another step towards FREEDOM!. :)

Stone you're gonna feel like shit for awhile. Think about all the toxins in your body. It takes awhile to clean all that poison out. I will say no matter if it takes weeks it's worth every damn second of suffering to feel the freedom I feel after 38 year's of addiction. It's all about ODAAT! Make your promise Early and be a man and honor that promise and before you know it you will have that nic bitch by the throat! Quit on!

Get several gallons of water. Drink until your teeth float. Get some exercise. The withdrawals wont be as bad. Quit with you today.

If you want to build some "Pissed Off Muscle" against this addiction. Think of it like this. That 1 oz can. That item which is about the size of a gas cap. That thing full or carcinogens. Not only did it try to kill you. But, that small thing ruled your life. Think about the things you did to make sure you had snuff nearby. Your hidey holes, that 3 dollars you kept aside just in case it was a tough week. Every time I think about that little thing controlling me, I get pissed. Severely pissed off.

Get yourself several gallons of bottled water. Some fruit juice. Gum, seeds, hard candy, taffy, fake chew, whatever it takes. Get some numbers of fellow quitters. Get involved in this site. I quit with you today.

Just for today, Self.

Day one is going slowly but surely. Sunflower. Seeds and fireballs have been helping.

This addiction is hard to quit, but it can be done. I wore a patch and was called a pussy for a month here before I manned up and quit. Saved my life, why don't you join us.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.
