Thanks everyone. Apologies for not having posted on my intro for a very long time and have all these great quitters post in support. I have read them and they donÂ’t go unnoticed, thank you!

The view is great and I hope that all the new quitters that read this donÂ’t find 1700 days a number they canÂ’t reach. If you do then, forget about it. ItÂ’s all about putting one foot forward everyday and following up with another. Once you figure it out it becomes quite natural. 1700 days ago I thought I had been dipping so long it was natural and quitting unnatural. Now, 1700 days later itÂ’s a different story. Why would I want to put anything in my lip. It seems a little weird to think about it in that way!

Just my thoughts if it helps on this milestone! Thank you all for your support along the way. THIS is the only way to quit!
