Swap some digits with those January DOGS, helps get eachother through the rough bits -- especially the first days of suck followed by intermittent fog. You should embrace how bad it is, remember it, and make sure to post roll every damn day so you never do a day 1 again.

hasben here,

Im a junior in college, have "quit" dip and caffeine multiple times but they always slip back in somehow. My goal is to quit them both. Never thought I needed to join a quit group but after lurking on this site for some time I think this may be the way to go. I can't post roll today as I have already had a dip and caffeine. But tomorrow Im done with these addictions that have afflicted me for four+ years. Looking forward to staying strong with the quit.
If you don't touch another shred of nicotine today, then today is your day 1. Do it today. We've all had planned quits in the past, and they don't work. Quit right now and start to take your life back. It's the best decision you could possibly make today.

Head over to the January 2016 Dog House and post your name alongside some bad ass quitters that can't wait to show you the ropes around here: January 2016
"Fuck nicotine dude. You don't need it. And you don't want it. It didn't do a thing for you and you know it." - worktowin
"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597
