Being an addict is easy. Quitting is hard. Only the toughest among us can quit. Are you bad ass, sir? Are you a man of your word? When you shake my hand, can I know that you will honor your promise?
The program here is really simple. There are quit groups, and when you quit you make damn sure you have no nicotine of any sort anywhere, and then you post your name on that list. For that calendar day, you stay quit. It is your promise to yourself, but more importantly your team on this site - others fighting the same battle as you - that you will stay nicotine free for that day and that day only.
The next day you wake up...before you do snything, I mean first thing here dude, you post your word again. Same promise- one day only. Repeat.
Team mentality dude. Did you play football? Imagine being the star player on your team with 5 minutes left and deciding you wanted to go get a cheeseburger, so you call for a time out, get your team in a huddle, and tell them to fuck off then you throw your jersey on the ground like a douchebag and walk to your little pussy scooter and go get a burger. Are you that guy? If your word is good, you aren't. If you can't keep your word, if you aren't willing to put your name on that list, you are that dude.
I'll watch for your name to pop up on the list.
