You have hit 300. Congrats on a successful 1st 300.

What are you going to do from here Eyehatecope?
First and foremost I'm going to continue to post roll and hold myself accountable. I'm not going to slack and say, oh piss on it I don't have time to post today. I will pick it up tomorrow or the next. Nope. Not I. I'm going to continue to enjoy my freedom one day at a time.
Congratulations my brother and friend! 3rd floor is badass! Keep that attitude up you will be in the penthouse!
300 days is awesome eyehatecope! You guys in November are serious quitters and I look up to guys like you. B)B

Cravings
Irritability,
Insomnia
Fatigue
Inability to Concentrate
Headache
Sore throat
Constipation, gas, stomach pain
Dry mouth
Sore tongue and/or gums

How many of you are willing to go through this again?

I'm not. I thought the dry mouth/throat would never end.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm treating today as if it were to be day one. Odaat and one foot in front of the other. Let's continue to quit it daily.
That's the spirit, but congrats anyway on HOF. If you're like me, without this site 100 days didn't seem possible, so enjoy the milestone, but keep adding the +1s.
Correct sir. Without this site I was/am nothing.

100 days!!!

Dude I know you've heard this before, but the pride and greatness that you feel today is just the beginning. Keep doing exactly what you are doing and watch the wins keep rolling in. Celebrate today - only the strongest are able to do what you have done!
Oh yes, I've watched you grow into a badass quitter! Congratulations! Thanks for all you do and don't change a thing, it's working!
Congrats! 100 days is a huge accomplishment.

I'm amazed that people have been hooked by dip from all over these United States and so on.

I thought us southern folk were the only dipheads. Simply amazes me. Y'all have a good night.
Ha.

This addiction is such an easy one to hide. It is much more prevalent amongst suit and tie banker types than you'd ever imagine....

A banker that swims in the ocean every day from Lis Angeles
Pharmacist from CT
Musician from the Pacific NW
Lawyers from all over the place
Supply chain manager from Canada (22$ a can!)
Financial planner in Kc

These are some of my text friends on here. It is such a relief to know that we aren't alone. You are doing great dude.
