Hey, man. I've never dealt with anxiety until I quit dipping. It's rough but you will get through it. If you need help, want to talk, have questions or anything just shoot me a message man.

The only stress dip relieves is the stress from a lack of nicotine. You can beat this addiction the same way we do, for today. Then wake up tomorrow and do it again. Remember life will be better without adding poison every day.

Hey guys, a little about myself I'm 26 and have been chewing on and off since highschool. I chewed heavily at first and then quit and used ciggerates as a substitute. Well I have been back to chewing for a little over 3 years now. I chew about a can a day of grizzly pouches. I have pondered the idea of quitting for several months now and haven't pulled the trigger due to my case of anxiety that I have now, I can only imagine what it will be like after me using dip as a stress reliever over all these years. I have made the decision tonight to quit and stay focused and determined and as much as I am scared about it I know its needed to be done for myself.
