-drink 2 gallons of water a day for the first couple of weeks. I can't take credit for this great line, but if you walk by a bathroom and don't have to go, you aren't drinking enough.
-nyquil or tylenol pm at night. Your body needs sleep to get back to normal.

-get phone numbers from peoplein your quit group. Ask vet quitters who offer you support for their number. When you crave hard? Call. About to buy a can? Call. Not near a computer? Text someone and ask them to post roll for you. This is more important than you think.
