Looks like TWO days on roll. Guess what: get through the third day, then all the nicotine is out of your system. That was a psychological boost for me.

I still had a "dip dream" just the other night and I'm at day 526. But I do remember feeling good about that 3 day milestone. So stay in it.

Welcome.

I see you posted Roll. That's a great start.

Just do that every single morning as early as you can, and you'll be all set.

Grab some numbers from your brothers in quit. Use them in emergency.

Proud to quit with you.

I started dipping when I was 16 on a team trip and have been for 10 years now. Since college I have been using a can a day with a year and a half break recently. But I didn't attempt quitting for myself then so when that relationship ended I picked up right where I left off. I finally am tired enough of dip to be ready to stop for myself! Last night I took my last pinch, threw away all of the old cans and spitters and flushed the rest of the can. Day one of quitting is today.
I quit with you Beavernation. It's a done deal!
