New to KTC and quitting. 30 year dipper, Skoal long cut for a majority of the time except for the last few years on the skoal pouches. I went cold turkey on Sunday night January 5th, 2014 for no real apparent reason other than just wanting to quit. As you all know, it is terrible. I figured out post roll after a few times (sorry) and am going to stick to the plan. My day 100 as it turns out falls on my 45th birthday so I thought this was a interesting coincidence. 'bang head'

Welcome in bro. Don't worry about screwing up roll call... it's required. Pretty sure we've all done it. Lots.

Stick to this plan man... it works. One thing to very much keep in mind is our One Dat At A Time mentality (ODAAT). Looking ahead won't do you any good... you can't control anything. Right now, though, you control. You need any help or have any questions, please shout out man. Send me a pm if you'd like another number in your arsenal...
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.
