A few words of advice for you Timo: If you're too busy to post roll, then you're too busy to quit!

I realize you're brand new and this is all surreal to you but we had a thumper in our quit group that HAD 142 days of quit under his belt and he caved yesterday. My point is, getting up in front of your church is noble but that isn't going to help you stay quit like this KTC life will. And that is worth an Amen!

Almost 2 days in now.Not fun but getting better,thanks for the site.It has helped me alot so far.I'm sure I will need more help as time goes by.

54 yrs old,started in 1977 full time.... Quit 8-17-14 .Don't do that stuff anymore.Am done, will never again. Dedicated to it.

Got up in front of my church community and announced that I was addicted.Had them lay hands on me and pray.It will help,I can get through anything, with God's help.

Can't sleep.....Didn't realize how this would affect me some much. Really weird. Hard to explain.
