Thanks, mb289......yeah, I was in the garage late last night watching TV and farting around, wife in bed, having a big fat bottle of IPA, relaxed in my chair.....a little light bulb came on...."Hey, Walgreens is just over there. Not one minute drive....."
Broke the light bulb finished the excellent beer, went to bed. Thanks for quitting with me. Day 6 today.
Good win. A beer or two probably won't kill your quit, but don't get hammered for a while...
First week down, first weekend almost in the books; so now you have no excuse to cave. You are doing this!
Keep reading KTC and build your accountability. Quit with you all day.

Glad you made it. Be careful with the beer. Many of us, including me, quit alcohol for a few weeks to help prevent a cave. I love beer, even make my own, but not drinking for a few weeks really helped get me through the first couple of weeks. Either way, I'll quit with you today.

Be careful bro, don't let the beer dilute your desire to quit! Stay with it!

Day 5. Going to go pick up some beers for the college baseball watch party tonight, run some errands. I will pass up every damn one of the c-stores beckoning to me and report back successfully in one hour. No effin' way I cave. Paul 1231 youdaman.
