I've been quit for three days. It's been very hard.
Chris,

We do, or do not. There is no try. No middle ground. No sitting on the fence. It takes roughly 72 hours to rid the nicotine out of your system. After that, you brain starts to heal from the chemical you have been ramming into it. From here on out, it is mind games. I commend ou on making it through the hardest part of your quit. Continue to intake as much water as you can. I see you posted roll. Do that, everyday, keep your promise, and you wil be quit. Stay close to the site, get to know people, and you will feel much much better.

You have made it passed the 2nd major hurdle. The first was deciding to quit and acting upon it. Now quit one day at a time. Don't worry about tomorrow. There is only today when it comes to quitting. You posted roll today, so today I am quit with you.
Chris, Wedgie is right on in everything he has said! Come back early every day and make your promise to abstain from nicotine for that day. Each of us do just that! The days start rolling by, soon your addiction will be weaker than your habit of not using nicotine! That's right a habit, a habit of not using nicotine. You will still be a addict, never ever forget that.
Keep on pushing through chris. If we can do this, so can you. Beat the bitch in the head and fight for your life bro! Dont let her run you. This wont kill you, it will only make you stronger.
