well today I'm not doing to bad, I've noticed my temper seems to come a lot faster than normal, but hopefully these mood changes go away soon!
Did you find your quit group and post roll

Hello guys, I'm new to all this forum stuff but reading all the stories gives me hope that with the help of this forum I'll be able to quit. Currently I am deployed overseas with the US Air Force and it's extremely hard to get dip over here, so why not use the inconvenience to my advantage. I currently dip 1 can of Copenhagen wintergreen a day. I'm tired of my cheeks being all torn up and the nasty spit bottles all the time. If anybody could give me some instructions on how to fully use this forum to help in this fight to quit please let me know. Thanks
1. Thanks for your service my man! See you in roll.
2. I don't wanna sound pessimistic, but be prepared for your cravings to make you wanna go to insane lengths to find tobacco. I spent some time in Europe last year (6 months) and even though I was in a similar situation to you re: dip access, I still managed to sniff out weird ass arab chew and swiss stuff that made my head spin and ruined my quit. stay frosty.

Welcome to the group and thank you for your service. All male members of my family (Except me)served in the military and seen active wartime/Police duty may it be Reserve, Guard units, Navy, Marine Corps. Kudos respect for you, what you do, and now quitting dip. Irish gave you the best advice. Post roll daily and renew your promise. Take it one day at a time. Breathe. We are all here for the support of one another.
