Where are you K?
J knows how to quit, K. I sure hope you reach out to him and post roll...and win like he has for over 1,000 days. It can be done. Winning is possible, if you follow the plan and quit as a team.
Email sitting in your inbox bubba.....ball's in your court now. Can't make the decision for you and can only hope you make the right call.

ChristopherK! Welcome to KTC from ChristopherJ. Just like you, I am an ex military guy who finally reached out for help to quit. You can do this, I promise you. The key is to post roll each morning promising that you will not use nicotine that day. And we make the same promise to you. Do not worry about tomorrow. Just today. It is very hard, no doubt, but it will get better and you can become free. Check your PM (upper right corner).

Quit with you today k!
Don't be afraid.  You are not alone.

The way it works here is that we make a promise to stay nicotine free for the day, every day. We make that promise by posting roll in our quit groups. Here are directions on how to post roll, and here is your quit group.

Posting roll not only keeps us quit, but it's also the cost of admission here. Get to know the guys in your group. They are going through the same hell that yo are right now.

Stay quit. Refuse to cave.

Starting Now
« on: September 12, 2017, 10:50:00 PM »
Hey everyone. It hit me today that this shit I've been packing in my lip for the past 6 years is a terrible idea and I'm sick and tired of it. I know this is going to be a hard journey but it's necessary. I began when I was 20 and fresh in the military. Now that I'm out and living the civilian life it's embarrassing to be the only one around that I know doing this crap day and night. I've tried a few times and only once ever went two weeks without chewing then started up again during a field training exercise but every other time has been a day or two at most. I can't keep doing this to my body and thinking Bout what would happen if I got cancer and died and left my wife alone or to take care of me with half of my face missing. I can feel the fog just thinking about this decision but this time it's different I'm gonna beat it this time. All the help and support will be appreciated. I'll keep posting my journey and fuck day 1 is just today. 5 minutes at a time is how I feel that I'm living life.
