Go check out the Quit Groups. There are answers to that question ranging from 1 day to thousands of days. We all started where you did, though. The number doesn't matter. Closing the door on nicotine is all that matters.

Be quit today. Do it again tomorrow.

hang in there Prim all my pants are tight even split a pair Friday while building a deck. Like Evil Won said I heard losing wt is easy getting over cancer is not. You are out of the withdrawals now now you got work we are here. one day at a time baby....

work was different without it but i just stayed in for lunch so i wasnt tempted to go into any stores. haha i watched this video the other day about quiting and an indian guy said if you find yourself going to the store or close to one, take off running as fast as you can.

day 4 cravings feel like they are letting up i slept a a lot after work bought some seeds when i woke up and just trying to change up how i use my time to stay busy. i was offered a dip yesterday and turned it down, it felt good. im eating a lot more now its crazy!! my teeth are getting more white. im finding out that i crave when im stilling around, i didnt have a chance to post yesterday sorry guys but im still holding in strong and trying to stay active. im wondering if the cravings will ever go away? thanks for the support!!!! :D
