I am done..I mean it this time, after reading many of the past posts and stories..Well, I am motivated and strangely excited for the long road ahead. I'm so glad I found this site to have a place of refuge during this time, which is sure to be the hardest in my life. I have dipped for over half of my life (I'm 30 now, started at 14). I can't wait to gain my freedom from it. Thanks in advance for your support! 'help'

well man first i want you to click on that pink 'welcome center' link up top a the page. reed all that stuff. speshully bout why we post up roll and how you go bout doin it. then head on over to the quit groops and post up your day 1 with may. that meens your done. it meens your gonna get all your stashis and throw um in the toilit and piss on it then flush it.
