hate to rain but no "lol" with "ill worry to i die"
diieing is fucking easy.

the best part about chewing/oral cancer is you loose half your face and tongue while they keep you alive enough to enjoy it.

PLEASE take it serious

Chew seeds, candy, fake stuff whatever it takes to keep the real stuff out of your lip.
Same thing my dentist said, still worried though, I'll worry till I die lol... In the mean time I ordered a can of that nip shit to see how it works

With a little practice it's not too bad. I do it from my iPhone every morning. You'll get it figured out pretty quick. Let me know if you have any questions about it

WT and Skoal Monster pretty much summed it up. Two GREAT resources for you to lean on.

As far as oral fixation. Smoaky Mountain is the best in my opinion. There's a post a few down from yours where a guy talked about coffee grinds, hot pepper, and a combo of other things. Not sure I'm going there but depending on what poisen you chose when you were a dipper, there's something that will help. WalMart sells Smokey Mountain. They usually don't have the full line of flavors but I know mine has Wintergreen and Original (or something like that) I wasn't a Wintergreen guy but when I ordered the free five pack, the pouches were very good and so was the Cherry and Peach. Get some Atomic Fire Balls as well. Hell - Get anything and everything it takes to stay quit. Focus on your girls and yourself. You'll be fine in a couple of days.

I'll look for that post on the coffee grinds and PM it to you. Stay quit today!

Great story way to continue the fear of god in me, when I look at the inside of my lip it looks a lot better than it did before but god damn am I worried. So glad the army does oral exams every six months. But I regularly go to dental sick call just to hear my dentist tell me this one came back negative.

Its quite frightening to think about that at 5 years practically all of us that have dipped can easily exhibit multiple symptoms of cancer... And I think we're all afraid of that... Or if not I am.

So I suppose I'll order the alternatives or something and pay ridiculous shipping to Hawaii till I figure this out..

Thankyou very much I do appreciate it, I tried stuffin my piehole with food but that still doesn't stop the urge.  So I run every night about 2 - 4 miles, and I go to the gym every other day...  Looking at the alternatives, have you, or anyone tried nip....  The stuff from Florida.
I tried hooch, smokey mtn and Oregon mint. I settled on Oregon mint n dipped it for damn near a year. The oral fixation and nicotine addiction are two different things in my opinion and I dealt with them separately. Fake helps a lot of guys tho.

Hey Tflash, your around two weeks which is a little rough patch, don't sweat it, it'll pass. Watch your caffeine intake, keep it at a lower level than when you dipped. Watch your blood sugar, keep it steady. Sip on juice like cranberry or pineapple. Exercise , even a walk. It'll help.

READ , go to other resources, cancer and quitter stories, or words of wisdom. Just start reading. It'll help
