Nice job brother! It does get better all the time. This is a great time for dentist visit. I was going to the dentist about every three months for cleanings before I quit and the dentist was about fed up with me and told me I had pre-disposed my mouth for cancer to invade at some point in the near future.... I had a recent cleaning/dental exam and cancer screening a week ago and all checked out and I wasn't bleeding like a stuck pig and was told to come back in six months... That never happened while I was dipping! Plus I'm sure my breath smells better since I don't have a constant infection somewhere in my mouth. This $hit is dangerous.

Congratulations on the Day 20. Keep looking forward, acknowledge and embrace the $hit you are going through so you never have to repeat it EVER again!

Update I reckon.....on day 20 about 3 weeks in and I feel so much better, still opting for lottery tickets instead of dip, my teeth are whiter than they've been in a long fucking time! My mouth hurt for about the first week, shit, if it hurts that bad healing what the hell was it doing to it. Ahh yes fog is getting thicker but I can see the light through the other side of it. Been visiting and reading frequently. Works easier when you now how to fight certain things and simply to know you're not alone in the fight. Not really had any cravings just the detox, I must be really done if I haven't thought about going to the store but instead how to work with my head being all swimmy. Fight on round two!!

Ah - one of my all time favorites. Welcome Jarhead - Stay close to this site the first few days when the fog is heavy. Glad day 1 is going well but be prepared for that nic bitch whispering in your ear.
