* It's time to Cowboy Up and quit.

Hello, everyone, my name is Ivan and I'm an addict. I've never been great at speeches but I have been addicted to nicotine since I was a youngin'. Nicotine has had it's greasy peter-beaters around my neck forever, but it's only the first round and I'm not going down that easy. With the training and support I've received from KtC, I'm ready for this literal fight for my life every step of
the way. Never would I have thought that my can-a-day addiction could be helped by some folks I've never met on a forum and a phone app. I recommend you take it seriously, put your ego and irritability to the side and listen to the folks who have been here a minute and have actually gotten some quit under their belt. Make friends with your group, lean on each other in the hard times, get some numbers to text in moments of weakness, come in to the January group and personally call me every name in the book to get that rage off your chest, I've been yelled at by better men. If you have any reservations about what it could do for you. Do what I did, Cowboy Up and jump in feet first. This place saved my quit early on, and I wouldn't be at day 118 without it. What do you have to lose? Only your jaw, face, tongue, neck and life are on the line.

A man gets what he wants by doing three things; planning, praying and perspiring.
