Diesel, thanks for saying what I was thinking. Aaron, it may sound like you are getting called a pussy etc, but in reality we are trying to fire your ass up to get on board here. KTC works but you got to bring the quit with ya. I feel as tho I have my best friends right here. Hell, many here are like brothers and sisters. We are a family with tough love, so grab your sack, dislodge your balls from the nicotine bitches grip and get in charge of your body. We will be watching.

Chew has taken away your belief in yourself,  it has made you justify your continued use by looking down on others who have what you consider "bigger problems" because what they are dependent on is illegal, and it has skewed your reality so bad that you think your life would be boring without it.  Some weeds in a can are OWNING your ass.

Good news is you have recognized this, and have come to the right place.  Guess what, those weeds in a can OWNED my ass for 15 fucking years.  They owned a lot of guys on here.

But like you, we had enough.

Take your shit back bro.  Read the welcome center, start posting role, start reading as much as possible, start to get to know guys in your quit group, start to listen to guys who have been around awhile and have fought the battles.

Everything you need to get your life back is right here.  This shit works.  I chin dipped 2 tins of Kodiak a day, while hiding it from my wife.  It was a second fucking job.

628 days later I feel like a BOSS.  It wasnt always easy getting here but it certainly was worth every struggle.  And guess what, my ass still isn't "cured", but that's ok.  As long as I win each day...that's all that matters.  I don't give a fuck about yesterday or tomorrow.  Today is the only thing we can control.

TODAY, I suggest you take your head, dislodge it from your ass, and come correct with a better attitude.  If you come in here with a defeatest attitude, you will be sure to fail.

We don't like failure here, in fact we fucking beat the fuck out of it.

So what's it gonna be champ?  You in or are you out? If your in, you do it all the way.  If you're out, no hard feelings.  Just be sure to not let the door hit you in your pussy ass on the way out.

I fully expect to see your name on role tomorrow.

Quit on...
Strong and true words right there^^^. If you haven't read it again.

Realize that the feeling of emptiness and usefulness without the poison is part of the addiction. That feeling goes away quickly after removing one of the most addictive drugs known to man. The drug has you fooled/duped.

Let's take your life back. We begin one day at a time. If I'm doing it you can damn sure do it. Now, wipe those tears and post roll. Save the tears, admiration and respect for victory. the poison Damm sure don't deserve it.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Everyone's response is spot on. We've all been exactly where you are now, man. It sucks, but it only gets better. But the biggest thing that you must get through your head is that you have to want it. This is no different than forcing a druggie into rehab: if they don't want to quit they will start using again as soon as they are out. You have to WANT to quit, and not for your family, not for your wife, not for anybody but yourself. Quit because it's what you want to do.

Another thing that you must remember is ONE DAY AT A TIME. Nobody on this site got to 100 days or 500 or 1,000 by sitting around thinking "Holy fuck, 1,000 days, how will I ever make that?" They got there by getting through today. They told themselves "I will quit for today," they posted roll, and they didn't use nicotine that day. Then they woke up the next day, and again told themselves "I am quit today." Again, they posted roll, and they didn't use nicotine.

I can't guarantee you that if you quit for you and take it a day at a time that you will stay quit, but they are the fundamental building blocks to a solid quit. We're all here with you, and once you get your head in the right space you will find that quitting is a lot easier when you have a group doing it with you.

You have GOT to pony up to some resolve bro!

You're not all in yet. I can feel it. So can everyone else. You have words of failure riddling your intro... "Hope" being the chief among them. Here at KTC we "Do". Plain and simple. Do you know what's running your life right now? A plant. A weed. A substance that is a by-product of that weed... Nicotine. Who is higher in the scheme of creation... You or a plant?

Bro... I chewed 2 to 2 1/2 cans a day for 25 years. I'm 313 days quit today. You can do this. Stop being afraid. Be bigger. Be a quitter. Hit me up if you have any questions or need some help. Rock on...
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Wise words from Sapper to you. You have to decide. We can't quit for you. Reread your own words In your introduction. Dude. Your an addict. Just like all of us. It's really like you have an alien in you or like being possessed. The "Real" you would not want to continue this behavior at the detriment to your own life. The "Real" you would not say life without chew is boring. Those are all the things that addiction is saying through you. Wouldn't the "Real" you want to live free the way God intended you to live. Nicotine is a drug. A very unique drug. It can function as both a depressant and a stimulant. We get used to dealing with all the stresses of life by the use of this drug. That's not how our lives were meant to be lived. Take your life back bro. I'm at 183 days. I never knew it could be this good. I actually thought maybe I'd be in pain forever after I quit. Not so at all. It's so awesome. I thank myself every morning that I'm quit. You can do it. We all started with that Day 1. Come join us. Here we quit together.

Aaron I don't intent to shame you to success but I have several things to point out. First off nicotine is every bit as addicting as any illegal drug. Second We can't make the decision for you it has got to be because it's what you want, not because you want others to be proud of you. Next,

let's change this attitude or you will fail. Support here is fantastic but your the one quitting. Your no more of an addict than any of us so make up your mind, post roll and join in the daily quitting. Pm me if I can help.

Well you've done one thing right, so far, you've admitted that you're an addict. That's step 1... you've got that covered.

However, I'm concerned about your lack of faith in yourself. Here's the thing, you're body wasn't built to operate in a nicotine fueled haze. You have rewired your brain through years of use. The good news though is that it can be rewired to operate without it with a whole lot of resolve and accountability.

The resolve is up to you. People can motivate, scare, shame you all you want but until you resolve to quit, you won't. The accountability is what this site is here for. You post roll, you get numbers, you make a promise and stick by your word. It's what you've got to do every day, and if you do it one day at a time, you'll win.

Now go read the welcome area and learn to post roll. You'll be in the June 14 group.

First day on the site and first day without the dreaded Copenhagen. I have little faith in my ability to quit, which is why I am praying the community will get behind me and shame into making the right decisions. Bleeding gums, canker sores, I've even had them in my throat. Nothing seems to scare me enough to quit for good. To be frank, I feel like a complete failure. I judge those who are addicted to illegal drugs but fail to connect my addiction to theirs. An addiction, no matter the substance, is harmful!

I have convinced myself that life without a chew would be boring. I associate almost everything I do with putting that shit in my mouth. The bottom line is that I don't want cancer or any other diseases connected to a life of chewing. I want to make myself, my family and my friends proud of me. That's my intro. Let's get this thing started. I'm looking forward to meeting people through this site and hope to be a little over one-month Copenhagen-free by the end of March
