Clean out everything you have that has to do with nicotine or chewing...Clean out your car and home. Brush your teeth, drink lots of water, avoid alcohol or caffeine. Get something to keep your mouth busy: seeds, gum, candy, toothpicks, fake chew. Work out, have sex, start a new hobby. Do anything you have to do to stay quit. The most important thing is to post roll and make you promise. Ask for help when needed, follow others advise, and read everything on this site.
