My words of of wisdom...

"Why NOT quit?" Seriously, there is no good and healthy justification for continuing to stuff your face with this crap. You can do this, we have all sat in your place at the computer or phone shile bitching and moaning about how "it's too hard". This is where getting numbers to build your support group is key. It helped me!

Now grab a hold of your nuts and keep pushing forward!

Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.
I hear an echo.... POST ROLL! DON'T TRY, QUIT!
1 problem + nicotine = 2 problems.
You can do this One day at a time.
Welcome to the 'best of your life'.
Cheers.

You got some great advice from some bad ass quitters. Immerse yourself in this website. Read everything. Posting roll is the foundation, but building trust in what KTC has to offer can make a difference. PM me if you need anything.

Advice? Post roll. Promise me and more importantly promise yourself not to use nic today. Follow through. Repeat.

I'm on day 2 also. I felt pretty bad all day but went for a mountain bike ride anyway. I actually felt 100% better while on the bike so I plan on just biking more.

Do you have any hobbies? This was my first ride without a dip and I kicked it's azz.

Hang in there with me!!!!!!!!

Clean out everything you have that has to do with nicotine or chewing...Clean out your car and home. Brush your teeth, drink lots of water, avoid alcohol or caffeine. Get something to keep your mouth busy: seeds, gum, candy, toothpicks, fake chew. Work out, have sex, start a new hobby. Do anything you have to do to stay quit. The most important thing is to post roll and make you promise. Ask for help when needed, follow others advise, and read everything on this site. Hold on and enjoy the ride it will be the best decision you have ever made!

I have been dipping since I was 13 and now Im 22 and I feel like this stuff is going to kill me sooner than later. The longest I have gone without dip was 2 weeks. Im trying again and this is day 2. I felt like I needed a little help so I got online and found this site. This is my first post. Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.
Welcome Stroudm2! First, we don't "try" to quit here. We just quit one day at a time. No trying here. Get up into the Welcome Center and read about this site. You need to post roll which is your committment  word you will not use nicotine today. Good to have you here bro!
