The fact that this petty argument is even happening right now is absolutely ridiculous. We were presented with a problem and we sought to solve it, what more do you want? You veterans have got to understand that November is still in its infancy and obviously we are going to struggle with growing pains, but it seems like the remedy to every issue we come acrossed is to be directed with a complete lack of consistency in ideology. In fact the only thing that has been consistent at all in the way we have been instructed is that veterans have disagreed with our approach. Look, I get it, we're new and vulnerable and you're weathered and wise, but how in the fuck do you expect us to make the right decisions if you are telling us that everything is incorrect?

You reprimand us for not attacking a caver so we attack the caver. Big brother attacked the previous caver so that's what we should do right? Wrong, you veterans go and give him a pat on the back and a "good job, Sport." Another caver isn't sincere in his apology so we find a new way to hold caver's accountable and apparently the source of accountability is so sacred that we should be allowing people to desecrate it? Are you kidding me?

I have seen every caver (and there have been oodles of them in our short couple weeks) dealt with in a different way each time. I saw that process and I found it to be odd and confusing. Sure, I get that context is important and certain people react to things differently but I felt that we needed something that was unwavering. So I took the guy off the roll, my fucking bad. The importance of the roll has been so emphasized that I thought, why should this guy be awarded the same right as myself and the others who have been honest without proving it to us? It is the simplest solution, it's a way the we can be consistent with each person who caves, it's the best way to hold them accountable for their actions and I absolutely stand by it. But I'm new, I just quit, and you guys have a system you have figured out that has clearly worked in the past so I'll follow the rules but up to now everything has been so goddamned unclear that I'm getting sick of being herded every step of the way.

So allow me to be unambiguous. I am going to come here and post roll every day and support my brothers that are struggling with me because that is what is important, but until you guys can explain to me an exact method that you prefer we police things rather than just telling us to police it and then telling us we're doing it wrong, I am absolutely done trying to uphold whatever murky values there are holding my group together.

I understand the significance of the argument being had, I do. But this just seems very similar to all the shit that happened with Bobbie Cumdumpster. Too much attention being paid to what to do about him, and not enough attention being paid to guys that need help or advice. Now as to this caving, weasly turd. He needs to prove his new found 'faith'. The 'Big Three' is one way to do that, that's up to his group. And yes, they can run his ass ragged until he takes his ball and goes home, but as long as he is nicotine free, and comes to this house to pledge that he will remain that way, you don't touch it. If he breaks his word, he's all yours.

I would say he took the right away from himself by caving and that he has a chance to earn it back.
