One day at a time "yesican" Early in your quit, it was second by second, then it went to minute by minute, then hour by hour, then in maybe 12 hour increments. Now it's day by day. Remember, funks come and funks go, you may have to go back to second by second at any time. Good news is they are for short periods.

Today is 80 days quit and my body and life have been through so many changes. I treat day 80 like day 1 and fight just as hard. To everyone just starting out life becomes more beautiful every day. I dipped for over 20 years and never thought I could make it a week. I was ready to face the facts and let the chips fall where they may. To everyone on this page I am proud to post roll every day and if I can make it this far anyone can. The first 72 hrs is he'll, but when you turn around it's day 80 and your life begins to re focus and you remember who you are. This site kicks ass and I am blessed to be here. The hell with dip :)

Day 16 and still hanging in. Tons of urges but I am quit today. Continuing to read read and read on this site and it helps tons. Everyday we get stronger and the nic bitch becomes more of a distant memory just like and ex who was great in bedÃ,  my teeth and mouth feel so much better and dizziness has gone for now.
