Are you still quit?
Yes on day 77.
So why did you stop posting roll? The support network is here for people that participate.

But yes, there will be a lot of funks. I just posted roll, interacted here on the site. Chewed a crapton of smokey mountain and Dentene Ice gum.

No idea how people would get through that crap on their own. No wonder so many people cave even after 600 days quit because they think they "got it" and leave this site.

Are you still quit?

Post roll. Depression comes and goes. It gets easier. Post roll, who are your top 3 supporters?

Reach out. Find someone ahead of you in your quit, find someone in your group and then find a quitter with less time under their belt. That way you are protected. You have a coach, a teammate and a little brother to care for.

Get your ass involved. Just be ghey here and open up! It's hard to help if we don't know what is going on. You have been depressed for three days? I've been there, done that. I have been at peace with my quit for the last 12 days.

I may tell you to be ghey with us...it's better than being a bitch and expecting us to read your mind.

Make a quit journal. Share what you are going through. You will get well wishes and get a beat down when needed but you will be stronger and the blues will lift.

Post roll and be more involved. You will soon see that quitting is funny, enjoyable and is a daily dose of success.

Hi my names Chris .
I'm on day 4 cold turkey . I chewed  cope from the time I got up till bed a can every 2 days or so.
So far I'm sticking with bird seed and gum it helps .
Fell like afucking zombie still . Ever time I stand up I'm looking or felling my pants for a damm can . It sucks
My wife and freinds are real happy that I quit.

I'm going to make it this time.
Glad you are here man. Unfortunately this is not my first quit so I have a little background on first few weeks. I know it is hard to believe but I promise the fog will lift and you will slowly stop checking your pants for a can. It will get better, focus on one day at a time, one hour at a time. Check your inbox, call or text if you need anything.

Chris listen to buddy he does have a lot of experience in quit. The fog does get better. Make good contacts that you can fall back on.
Buddy I'm really glad to see the moves you've been making. Pm me we could trade #'s. chris the offer is there for you still, when you are ready.
Wt57,

My number is in your inbox. Thanks for support..

Hey Chris,

When you go from sad and depressed to every little thing irritates you. Use this site to nic rage.

Your family is supporting your quit. They won't know how to help even if they try. So don't be pissy with them. Overdo it on kindness to them. Vent here. If something bugs you... share. If you want to pick a fight...plenty of people look for fights here. Then they become best friends.
(Fucking comedy relief for me to read but it is safe and effective in the quit.)

Just keep the raging nic bull away from your family. Last thing you need or want to hear is, "I liked you better when you chewed."

You would rather hear, "Honey I know how tough this has been for you but I really like the new you. Can I make sweet, sweet love to you and help you through this quit? I could start of by making you dinner, and while you're eating your steak, I will tenderize your tube steak under the table. I'm wearing your favorite bra and cotton panties. Take me in the bedroom and show me who's in charge!!!" You carry her into the bedroom. After you have had wild crazy sex she says, "That was awesome, why don't you go to sleep and I will go clean up the kitchen." I love you so much. I am so lucky to have such a man satisfy me."

Just as a disclaimer that isn't exactly how it went down for me but my wife and I have enjoyed each other more over the last 40 days. Taking a nic rage out on family is so counter productive. You have all the tools here to maintain civility in the home.

Use it and vent, rage and use us as therapy. You will be better and get through the pain. Then the rage goes to tobacco. Those FUCKING Pricks! I am so pissed at the tactics they use to recruit the innocent and lock them into an addiction. Tobacco is a chemical agent the terrorist use to get rich. Thy prey on our baser instincts to get rich. They don't even care if you die. They will replace you with a new 6th to 9th grade boy. These companies give back to the community with cancer, medical costs and addictions. FUCK THEM and the dirty habit of chew.

I am so glad you quit. I love that you are going through hell to get to freedom. You will value your freedom so much more.
Wow! I need to be nicer to my wife...didn't know that is how it is supposed to go down. Thanks for the advice Mthomas - you truly are a great quit brother. I am headed home to try out the new tactics!!! Will keep you posted.....
I hope it goes well. If not, lets make an instructional "adult" video for the woman coping with a quitter. This is a tasteful video that offers training and role plays to deal with quitting situations.....

I could start writing the script. Here are some movie titles....

"Dip quittin' Sex", "Southern Comfort, Nic Free", "I'm quit now lets see some tits"

"101 ways to get him to stop thinking about Nic." "Chuck the can and mount me"

"No more dip? I want to play with your stick", "A woman's guide to give him a nic free orgasm" "How to turn tricks when he's sporting a huge Quit" "Give it up bitch, he's about to nic rage!!!" All right that's enough. 'Kiss' 'Popcorn' 'hit it' '40'
Ha - I am rolling. Will have to think of a few to add. Isn't quitting on KTC FUN?!?!?!?!?!
Heck yeah. Sorry Chris, if this is your journal, I sure fucked up some of your pages.

'na na' Just stay quit. I'm off to write porn now. Man an Un-addicted mind is great. Some people solve world problems. I just want to write a porn. LOL!!!!!!
