Nicely done Coach, we're all in this together.
"Fuck nicotine dude. You don't need it. And you don't want it. It didn't do a thing for you and you know it." - worktowin
"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597

Come on coach, post roll with us it will increase your odds of a win. Your name on roll + a man of your word = certain success!
Easy lads....I haven't put that shit back in my lip. I'm just having issues trying to figure out how to do it from my phone with all of the "control, #" instructions .

Is difficulty sleeping part of this?
Yes, sleep gets whacked at times. It does get better over time.

On a touch screen the magic words are "select all" "Cut" then move to the upper box and "paste" after which you scroll to the bad ass quitters list (from the bottom where the phone puts you, its the second list you encounter) and put in you KTC name, days quit, and whatever pertinent observation you wish to type. then hit reply.

Unfortunately, it takes a bit longer on a phone, so someone may jump in inbetween and bump themselves, but whatevs... you are posted.

Ok coach I know you will come read this, man up, grab your sac, pour your big fat can of cancer carcinogens out and get this shit done! Please do this it truly is a matter of life and death, people on here at this very moment are posting everyday that already have cancer so think about it, at 42 all those years of dipping whose to say your next dip might be your last and oh yeah its not just cancer it's also high blood pressure, and heart disease. But you choose to continue killing yourself in front of your family. I quit with you whenever you man enough to quit with me. It does take want to and willpower, can you do it?

I've been chewing gum to the point that my jaw may fall off. Oddly, I always thought Chokengagen would do that first.
