For me I felt it within a week. Once the nic is out of your system (I think about day 3 or 4), it becomes a total mind game.
Everything from there on out for me was about re-learning everything I did. From driving, to being on the computer, to golfing, etc ... You will constantly think "Man, I can't wait for ___ so I can dip." Then you'll say to yourself, "Oh yeah, I don't do that anymore." Took about a month before the constant automatic thoughts slowed down.
Don't get me wrong, I still think about it, but it's SO much easier now. Stay strong!
