77 days on your own, but now you have tons of brothers to quit with you every damn day EDD. Get some accountability in your group by joining their groupme or getting a number to call if you feel the desire to cave. There is no way I would make it without this group of quitters.

Dweirick: thanks, that's what I needed I'll try to figure out how to post.

I'm done: I've been on this site everyday- posting when I can on the main page. Last couple days I've been thinking about dip more, trying to find justifications for it. I often shut this down after a few minute but it Still it worries me. I'm not going back to dip and I felt now it's the time to double down and make myself accountable to more than just myself

I am impressed that you are at day 77. Do not even think of going back. Starting over sucks. I am at 40. You are strong and will focus you attention on anything but this bad thing.

Do not be like me and wait till your 59 to quit. Keep your quit on. I quit with you today.

Hey all,

I've been quit since 8/8/15 and have been reading this site everyday. Well, day 77 and all the sudden I am afraid the quit has suddenly gotten tough again all of the sudden.

It's time to buckle down and get involved, any help is appreciated
Welcome to KTC. 77 days quit is Bad Ass. I'm glad to see you step out of the shadows and reach out for help when you see your quit in danger. What have you been doing to stay quit solo? Whats going on now that has you concerned? 70-90 days quit is a tough spot. You've been quit long enough to be tired from the struggle and yet quit long enough to experience a lot of good days. I'm sure your at the point of wondering why in the world you still struggle with craves this far into your quit. your an addict. So am I. We all are and we will all have to quit one day at a time. And we all need support. Get involved here and you will get all the support you could hope for. It does get easier and the good days will outweigh the hard ones. I'll quit with you today.
