Quit for my New Years resolution and I’m actually gonna do it this time
Definitely struggling but I’ve stayed strong
Any tips
Yeah, my first (and most important) tip would be to get on here today and post roll, @Supabeast90. Here at KTC we post a promise not to use nicotine in ANY form each and every morning and honor that word for 24 hours at a time.

This is an accountability website so if you want help in your struggles, get on here and make some connections. Share your digits with your fellow quitters. Accept help and offer assistance to other people. You get out what you put in.

Now follow the link RDB gracious posted and go post roll. The freedom is sweet but you control your destiny.
Quitting for your New Years Resolution is NOT a reason to quit.  There is only one reason you should be quitting for if you want to be successful.  You have to quit for YOU and YOU only. Your addiciton does not belong to your New Years Resolution, nor does it belong to anyone of your loved ones.  It is YOUR addiction, and the only person you can quit for is YOU.

Get that New Years Resolution nonsense outta here, and quit for the right reason.

Welcome to the Site, was the best decision you could make man. I’m like yourself, freshly quitting, I’m on Day 4 almost Day 5 now. Wasn’t a New Years resolution for me, just a epiphany and decided to quit. Make sure you get over to the April group! We have a bunch of new guys quitting with you, and a lot of vets quitting daily with you as well. If you’d like, my digits are a PM away, I’ll be glad to exchange and help keep each other accountable! Again, welcome to the group and WUPP EDD(Wake Up Piss Post) Every DAMN Day.

Welcome @Supabeast90 . Be sure to post roll with your group over in April 2020. As RDB said, do this every day, every morning you wake up. This is how we hold each other accountable. Glad you are here and looking to get a grip on your addiction. Around here, we are all addicts supporting one another. Proud to quit with you today!

Welcome.

My tip is to join the April 2020 Quit Group and learn to post roll. Your Quit Group can be found here: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16165.msg7688258#new

By posting roll, you make a promise to not use nicotine in any form for the whole day. Make your promise, keep your promise. It’s that simple.

Another tip is to exchange digits (phone numbers) with guys in your group, and some vets too. Mine are a PM away. Exchanging digits helps keep you accountable, and gives you emergency contacts if you get a bad crave.
