Apple sells 300,000 of those things on its debut and no one knows how to use them. amazing.
If you build it.... they will come. Whether it makes sense or not. lol
I guess so. I am feeling like a fucking dick this afternoon... I feel like breaking something... There is a whole lotta rage inside this guys quit today... fu-ck-ing rage...
Gotta love day 3 quitters rage. Mine was worst on day 4. Almost killed a couple of college kids for smoking at a high school soccer game. My wife was like "WTF?"...I was Ninja Quitting at the time...
Notdeadyet I hear ya! I remember my first few days going through the ninja quit! My wife was lucky to be out of town but I was home with my son........wow I was nervouse as hell and raging! He looked at me once as if to say "dad what the fuck is up your ass"!!!!

Anyway........not having to put my family through that is one of the things keeping me quit so if you are in your first 5 days my advice is embrace the suck and remember how aweful it feels!
EX ninja dipper!

Just spit out my last dip.  Kodiak for 20 years.  Just learn how to post.  I'm a nurse that work 12 hr shifts 3 days a week.  Those days are easy not to chew. I'm worried about the days off.  Goin to star p90x, hoping the exercise will help me. I don't want to do any of the alternatives.  I want to be free of everything.  I,ll be seeing you all on here.  I probably will post more on my days off.
Bill, glad to see you on here. First, go to February 2012 and throw up a day one. Second, I know you've stated elsewhere that you've checked us out for past couple of years. I note you joined in July. Did you ever post a day one then? Not trying to be a jerk, just like a little more of the story.
No I never did post, just tried to it. I need the accountability. I only use an iPad, so the instructions for posting roll don't work. Any advise will be helpful
iPhone/iPad:

1) hit "Quote"
2) tap on lower box with text in it
3) hold finger on lower box. "Select All" then "Cut"
4) tap on upper empty box.
5) hold finger on upper box. "Paste"
6) use two fingers to scroll to where you want to type. Type your roll call.
7) hit "Add Reply"
Thanks, it worked

CTRL A = Select All
CTRL X = Delete
CTRL V = Paste

You can preform those actions on the iPad with the select function. You just have to want it. No excuses. Post Today. Tomorrow never comes.

Get yourself to the Welcome Center and read up on posting roll. We do it every single day, without fail, and make our promise to our brothers and sisters that we will not use ANY kind of nicotine for the day...just for today. Come back tomorrow morning and do it again. It's that easy. I'll be looking for you in the February group each morning. I post my promise three minutes after I get out of bed each day (have to pee first) and I'd suggest that you do the same.

Read everything you can on this site. There's a ton of great advice, and relevant information. An educated quitter is a strong quitter. Also, get some numbers from your group. Use them when times get rough and you're craving like a madman. You're one of the first in your group so you can be a leader to those who follow you. Shoot me a PM if you need more numbers, you can have mine. You can do this, and you'll have 9000+ quitters to back you up.

Glad to be quit with you today! 'archer'

JR,

Great choice--we are with you.

Just make sure you at least post roll each day and make your promise not to use. Then on your days off--stay on the site--it will help you make it through.
