Where are you Grit? Are you still worth it brother?
C'mon grit you gotta stop killing yourself!
If you caved, fess up, and quit again. It's your life we're talking about. It sucks hard for a week, suck less for a month, and then you are free. Not that bad in the long run.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

And 30yrAddict's post? Pure inspiration. That sent me over the edge. His words helped me see.

Thank you for that, 30.
Good deal. Day 1 is the best. It's the first time you look the nic bitch in the eye and say NO MORE! You have the power. It's awesome. Hang tough. Your promise is registered. You have to make it through today.
Welcome grit my friend! There's nothing easy about this quitting. I don't believe in sugar coating. It's definitely not impossible but you need to know that it's a struggle but mostly mental. Oh its so much easier to say the hell with it and pack a fatty in but my choice is to man up, grab my sac and honor my word daily to my brothers and sister's but mainly to myself for myself. No one can do this for you but you, but we can damn sure help and support you!

Grit means courage and resolve; strength of character. It's synonymous with words like backbone, determination, and perseverance. It also rhymes with QUIT, which I will do - one day at a time.

These are all things that I must possess to battle and beat my addiction.

Grit,

First off welcome to KTC and one of the best choices you will ever make!

Second I see you posted roll already and you nailed it right away which is awesome!!!

Three you are worth it don't forget it!

Thank you, brother. Glad to be here. I've never had this much resolve to quit this garbage before. I know it won't be easy, but I believe in the process here for people who choose to utilize this place. I've read so many success stories (and plenty of failure ones as well) in the time that I've lurked here.

Feels so damn good to finally dive in. Not only do I know I am worth it, but I believe in myself. One day at a time.

I'm worth it.

I'm worth the quit. I didn't think so before. I was fine with just letting myself go.

What a bunch of BS.

I'm worth it.
