I'm hanging, text a few helpful members already, last night really hit me hard, couldn't sleep, felt really frustrated, tossed and turned, and got really hot. I just remind myself of this forum and you guys, and that what I'm going through with is normal.

Call me a candy ass, but before going to bed I got emotional for no reason, hid it from my girlfriend, went into the bathroom and cried seconds after that felt like throwing a few fist into the wall. I'm assuming ol' nic crave has something to do with this... its just not me to be up and down so quick for no reason
It's good to log whAt you go through here. That way you have a record of whT you've do e and what you never want to go through again- and it helps other quitters to see that they are like you in some way. In fact I remember the crazy strong emotions early on- you're living life unfiltered by the fog of addiction and it can be different. It's going to be so good though, I promise. Once you get a little freedom you'll start to see! You have to earn it but you are well on your way!
Everything you said you are going through sounds pretty classic of nicotine withdrawals. Just remember, quit for today and when tomorrow comes you can deal with it then. You seem like you have the right attitude for this place. Keep it up.
Stay Strong Brother... U Are Doing It. I Wont Let U Fail!

.Jake, I was already a fat dude going into my quit, but yes, my appetite went way up after my quit date, and not for healthy food either. Better than putting poison in our mouth. Stay strong Jake, and I quit with you today.

Thanks guys, am I 'spouse to keep updating this if I start to crave?

I'm 5'11" buck 50, skinny fuck, wired as hell, so before today a dip usually made me at ease for a little bit. Blah

Also I'm eating like a hog, is that normal stuffing my face with shit (not literally lol) but bag o chips, snickers, I'm just more hungry today then ever! Maybe its true nicotine quenches your hunger?

I'm hanging in there tho, toughest part was leaving my can at home! (I work 2nd shift at john Deere) will be updating roll call when I get to a real computer at home, I won't forget!

I'm a fellow August quit which is where you will be posting roll. I'm 11 days in and can tell you the first 3 to 5 days suck. Drink gallons of water and chew gum to get past the craves. Every minute you feel a cloud around your head means you are winning. Post roll which is your daily affirmation that you will not use nicotine that day, keep your word, wake up and repeat. You got this.

Jake,

Welcome. Learn to hate chew and nicotine. Post roll, and get some digits for support. This site works if you accept it.
