This site and quitting will change your life in ways that you won't expect, all good, but first you have to go "all in." Chewie gave you the link to post roll and become a part of the community. Why not go all in and commit to the plan? Almost 700 days ago I remember thinking... Posting roll? Wtf is that? Man this is lame and why is everyone telling me I gotta post roll? Well, I don't think it is lame any more.

Hiding to get a fix of nicotine is a terrible way to live. I know because I did it for 7 years longer than you've been alive. You are young, smart, scared, and ashamed. You can do this my friend. You have the ingredients to succeed, but you gotta post roll. It is the backbone of this site.

If you need a phone number or any help, shoot me a pm. We are all cheering you on, but show us you are part of the team. Go all in. Commit to the plan. Let KTC lead you to the freedom you deserve.

Don't be nervous, rejoice in knowing you are making one of the best decisions in life at 18, and not in your 40's or 50's. You are a business person, add up what it costs you per day to chew, and multiply that by 20 years.

Quit now and never look back.

I am 18 years old and one thing I decided to try on an island changed my life forever. Literally 15 seconds ago from posting this I have spat out my copenhagen for the last time. I run a successful IT business at this very young age and I don't want to jeopardize my future anymore. My family does not know and I wish to keep it that way because it would break my mom's heart to find out what her child was doing. Eventually if I continue she will find out and I just can't have her hurt over my mistake. I came here so I wouldn't have to make the change alone. I've been dipping since August 2014. Ithink it'll be a bit easier if I make this decision now instead of years from now. I'm very nervous.
welcome and congrats on making such a great decision so early!

head on over to Feb 2015 - topic/10685990/ - and introduce yourself and post roll. these guys will be your lifeline as they're in the same stage of their quits as you are.

welcome!
