I just celebrated five years quit after an on and off love affair with dip. I had even quit for two or three years and fell off. WHen you fall off, you fall hard, dipping more and more. I have a few quit brothers AND sisters on here who supported me through the years. I post every day as a daily reminder that one bad move and I could be back to bad habits. Good habits are as easy to form as bad ones. Remember that. THis last quit in May of 2011, I just had enough. I quit for me. No fog, no shakes, nothing. I just walked away. Someone wrote do it for you. That is correct. That makes it easier and more meaningful. Post each day on your quit month, forge trusting friendships. When I travel without a computer, I text a quit partner who posts for me. A daily text until I return. WHen someone disappears for a couple of days, we get concerned and reach out. The system works. Use it and be free.

Uhhhh....hello? did you read anything about what's supposed to happen next? Glad you're three days quit, but you're not going to get very far without engaging your fellow quitters..... just sayin'.

Welcome. Great decision to quit. Go to Sept 16 and post your promise not to use nicotine and then keep that promise. First thing tomorrow repeat. Drink tons of water and exercise as much as you can. Reach out to others in your group and build accountability here. PM me if you need anything

Stay strong and make sure you're quitting for YOU! Make lots of contacts on here and post roll every morning to make a promise to stay Nic free for that day. Good luck
Congratulations, Skiddy! Embrace the fog, Embrace the suck. Feel the health and accomplishment of quitting.
