I just celebrated five years quit after an on and off love affair with dip. I had even quit for two or three years and fell off. WHen you fall off, you fall hard, dipping more and more. I have a few quit brothers AND sisters on here who supported me through the years. I post every day as a daily reminder that one bad move and I could be back to bad habits. Good habits are as easy to form as bad ones. Remember that. THis last quit in May of 2011, I just had enough. I quit for me. No fog, no shakes, nothing. I just walked away. Someone wrote do it for you. That is correct. That makes it easier and more meaningful. Post each day on your quit month, forge trusting friendships. When I travel without a computer, I text a quit partner who posts for me. A daily text until I return. WHen someone disappears for a couple of days, we get concerned and reach out. The system works.
