I wasn't going to post roll until I totally quit all nicotine products - I've done that now - so now I can honestly post roll.
Awesome news KG. Welcome to the Novembros.
Way to be the man! I quit with you today my friend!
Great to hear Kodiak! Proud to be quit with you today. :) Get some numbers from your quit group and veterans, in case you need them.

Nicely done! Here's your group: topic/11248831/109/#new

There are instructions on that page that I posted for another fellow new quitter about 20 minutes ago. Let's get it done!
"Fuck nicotine dude. You don't need it. And you don't want it. It didn't do a thing for you and you know it." - worktowin
"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597

Had my doctor's visit today. The white patch disappeared a few days ago. The Dr. thought it might have been a canker sore and nothing to worry about. Had an Indentafi Oral Cancer Screen and it showed all tissue was clear. Doctor said I need to have gingival grafting done to patch up some gum recession at the place I held my dip. They will take some skin from the top of my mouth and graft that over the damaged area - that hasn't really sunk in yet so I guess I'm ok with it right now, but it doesn't sound like a whole lotta fun.

Now down to brass tacks. I quit the vape last week and just threw out my last two blister packs of nicotine gum...we'll see how I feel tomorrow morning.
See how you feel? As in, if you feel like shit, you better get back to killing yourself?

Listen man, now that the "scare" is over, what are you going to do with the good news. Use it to motivate your quit, don't shit all over it by continuing to tempt fate. Come on KG, get over to your November group and post roll. The freedom that you can enjoy if you just seize it will be life-changing.

Only you can want it bad enough for you though. Do you want it bad enough to give quitting 100% effort? Get over there and post roll, that's the start. There are almost a dozen posts already on your intro and you haven't even posted roll. Just imagine what the support will look like when we know you're serious...

Please look at ForMyLife's introduction from February 2015's group. If his intro doesn't get you pumped to flush that shit down the toilet, nothing will.
Man or mouse? Looks as if though you are used to failure! Why not change that and do something you've never done! QUIT! We will all quit with you!

Let go of the pacifier KG. The KTC way works. Hell, you can even tell the doc when you go see him that you've been nicotine free for __ days. No better day to be quit than today my man, let's get to it.

King
I agree, telling the doc you're no longer a nicotine user feels pretty bad ass.
Just telling yourself your nic free is pretty badass. Quit today bro and you will never look back.

I used to chew nicorete gum around my family and chew when I was a work, etc. I would always quit after this can or this pack of nic-gum... There is always tomorrow... but one thing is certain today
