My name is Seth from Colorado. I have chewed since I was 14. 1 can per day for 30+ years. I am currently in the brain fog, took me an hour to figure out how the blog works.

This is the end of the line for me and dipping.
Where y'at Colorado? Only way to do this, once you've decided, is to jump off with both feet. It's gonna suck for awhile, then it's gonna still suck, just not as much, until one day in the future it won't suck. Don't worry about that. Worry about this minute, this second....RIGHT NOW. That's all you have control over, anyways.

Read as much as you can about this site and your addiction (OUR addiction). Know that nicotine withdrawals won't kill you, even though it may seem like it at times. Man up, post your word, don't use the stuff, do whatever you have to do build a web of accountability, then repeat, daily, every day. It may seem weird, but it works. BUT ONLY if YOU do the work required.
C'mon dog, grab your sac and get this shit done! I find it hard to believe how powerful an addiction nic is! Hopefully you will come back for a chance at a normal life!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Post roll and let's get to it!
"Fuck nicotine dude. You don't need it. And you don't want it. It didn't do a thing for you and you know it." - worktowin
"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597

Welcome bud, you have landed among'st fellow like minded quitters. What has helped me best (besides the site) is realizing that nicotine; in any form, is a drug and that you (and I) are an addict. The only way to beat this nic bitch is making a promise to yourself and your quit brothers every damn day (EDD) that you will not use nicotine in any form that day. Do this one day at a time (ODAAT) and don't worry about what tomorrow will bring.

You can do this, there are plenty of guys on here that are proof of that.

I wish you luck and hope to see you in January roll today and every day after that.

In your foggy state, don't worry about posting roll correctly...that will come with practice.

The only way you can screw up roll is by not being on it.

Welcome, don't feel bad, I've been here 4 months and I haven't figured it all out yet either. Now go post you roll if you haven't yet and let's do this shit together.

Read the Welcome Center and post roll in January 2016. If I can quit, so can you.
