Awesome choice man. I'm on day 25 and it's the hardest thing I've ever have experienced in doing in my entire life. This won't be a cakewalk with every turn in life wanting you to go back to that shit. Be prepared, prepare your mind on what to expect by reading as much as you can on this site and above all, post roll and reach out to anyone on here for support.

I will send you my info in a pm.

Bob,

You stopped several years ago, it's a big difference than quit. What triggered your cave? Good job on your roll post, but you need to come to terms on what went wrong before. Was your mind set that a quit lasts forever?

I quit several years ago....stayed off it for a long time....and then caved about a year ago. Not anymore.

It's not worth being a slave to a damn can. It's not worth the sick feeling that happens when you've been dipping too hard, too much. It's not worth destroying your life, losing your life, dooming your children to grow up without you. It's not worth it. I know this will suck for a while, and it's an every day process to get up, and keep with the quit. And so I will. I'm glad I've found this place.

I quit with all of you today!
