So I couldn't sleep last night, and grabbed the laptop from beside the bed, I logged on to tthis site.  Well it was about 4 a.m. so I decided I would go ahead and post roll for the day.  Just before I did that I reached over to the nightstand and grabbed a can of Skoal and put a dip in.  I woke up soon after that ready to throw stuff out the window.  It was a very vivd dream, and I am not sure I didn't spit in my water glass. 


Does this stuff ever end?

Cant promise it will ever end, but I can promise you it will get better. SO MUCH BETTER!

Gets easier and easier until the biggest risk to your quit is forgetting how shitty it was in the beginning. Just keep taking it bit by bit, you got this

those dreams do suck, but as far as I know they never end. haven't had one in a few months, so i'm hoping maybe i am wrong.

as scary as it is to wake up thinking you fucked up, isn't it equally as good, or even better to know you are still quit? i love that...

Those dreams are an amazing thing aren't they? I have had 3 in the past 168 days and I am still amazed by how real they feel when I wake up.

I have nearly stopped at two stores this morning.  I had to get to the computer to sign role.  I am not happy with myself for being this weak.

I have made it to the day I originally gave myself permission to have a dip on. I will not have it. I am not and will never be the most active poster on this site, but I read something on it just about everyday.

I appreciate the people who spend so much of their time helping others on this site. The site has become a tool as much as my family in helping me quit.

Just wanted to say thanks on day 41 of my quit.
