Indeed, either "one and done" or he's already fogged up and forgetting how to do simple tasks like turn on a computer.

Jokes aside, I hope he sticks with his quit.

Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Congratulations on your quit. What a great way to start the new year. Remember to drink plenty of orange juice to help you get through the fog.

Make sure you make you do not dwell on what you quit and think about everything else instead. This is a mind game and you control what your mind focuses on. Do not focus on the quit.

I quit with you today.

Quote from: Tallbrowtine08Hey, after strolling through this forum for several months and contemplating quitting several times I've finally made the decision to quit, I've been chewing for about 7 years now about a can a day of grizzly wintergreen pouches. I've recently reduced it to about a can every 3 days. I previously had quit for a week but caved due to the intense fog and anxiety that I was experiencing. I've now come to realize that there's no better to time to quit then now and if I don't then I increase the odds of oral cancer. I'm scared of the intense anxiety again but I know this is what I truly want. I look forward to being quit with you all.
Welcome. Have you flushed all of your chew? Even that backup tin?
All nicotine has been disposed of.
Excellent. And I see you've posted roll for the very first time. You are in the right place and are doing the right thing. Congratulation on taking this critical step. Now start reaching out to your fellow April '16 members (and others on this site) and build a network. Exchange phone numbers. Text one another. You all will need every ounce of support you can get. That support will get you through the dark hours. PM me if you have questions. I quit with you today!
