Thanks for the support, definitely urges me to quit for good.
Well you can always blow it off, come back in 27 years and post roll with the January 43 group. If I am not dead by then I will make sure I post an "I told you so" on your introduction thread. :D

You've got this man, just get it done!
You either quit for good or stop for a short time. If you want to quit you can do this, if it's something you're not sure about you will most likely fail. This shits tough, you have to sac up and be a man! You can do this one day at a time! I quit with you today!

I will give you all the help, support, and encouragement I can. Most of us here will. I was in your shoes 28 days ago. I want to make sure neither of us have to be in that place again.

PM me anytime you need anything.

Congrats on the quit man. I wish I was smart enough to quit in college.

Keep posting roll and keep that promise.

I am proud to quit with you today.
^^^^^^^^

Me too! College was where my dipping really started to get out of control. My God, that was 27 years ago and I didn't get around to actually quitting until 32 days ago!

Younger folks reading this, listen up - don't put it off like we did! Planning to quit never works. Quitting works.

I quit with you today hasben.

Way to post roll! Do it every day and you will win. It will suck but you won't regret the freedom that you gain. I was afflicted for 4+ decades, wish like hell I'd quit at your age.
This! Posting roll is powerful. It's a great way to start your day.

Not sure why you are quitting caffeine right now, but if that's your thing, go to "getting my act together". There is support for that as well.

Good job and I'm proud to quit with you today!
Man up and be a quitter ODAAT. Post Roll EDD. It works.
