Amp - Post roll in June with us. Makes a big difference in your quit. I am in June and starting to get to know more of the guys is helping a ton. Aredoubleyou, mthomas, copenope and many more are all guys that are very active on here and serious about their quits. Some are just ahead of you in days and I am at 27 but we have all gone through what you are right now. Get in the June quit group, rant and rave. It is really starting to heat up in there and things are getting good. Lot of good info to read and learn from let alone bond with the rest of us. Post 2 tonight if you get this - if not. get your ass in there in the morning and post day 3. When you post roll you will not cave that day. Fuck the next day don't worry about it, just live on your word and you will stay quit for that day. Before you know it the days are adding up. Get in and post

Day 2. Couldn't sleep, I'm miserable. I'm going to try to stay away from home as long as possible today and keep busy with anything, so I don't have to think about it. Still have a massive headache too.
Stick at it man, embrace it..!! It is worth it.. Stick out each hour, then move to the next hour.. One day at a time..

Go post roll call and these comments in June, that's where you're going to find you're not in this fight alone.

This is totally the suck and find your place even if like you were saying staying away from home, I am assuming there are many triggers at home......

I would recomend taking a walk or a jog or going to a local park and just people watch you will see that once your mind starts to focus on something other than the suck your misery will ease up quite a bit!

I hope this helps bro, stay strong you are winning even though right now it doent feel like it!

We're with you bro. Drink lots and lots of water and keep doing what you're doing. Focus on making it an hour at a time. Every minute that passes you're body is getting stronger.

Embrace the suck, it won't be around forever.

I have dipped for 10 years.  Once I stopped for a month, but today I quit, for good.  I have been planning this day for some time and I'm about 16 hours in.  I'm so foggy, I have a pounding headache and I can't speak to anyone without being so snapping.  I just stumbled on this site and I will say it's refreshing to see so many others supporting each-other.  I'm done with this shit, but right now it literally hurts.
Bro, listen to these guys - They know what they're talking about.

Stay close to this site  holla if you need to rant.

It will literally make the difference between success and failure.

Between now and then, I'm quit with you.

You got this. You've come to far to look back now. You never have to feel this way again.

Check out the salmon colored link at the top-left of the page entitled "WELCOME CENTER." That will give you more info about what we do here.

- Post roll and promise your group you won't quit today
- Stay quit for the day
- Repeat each morning.

Don't think about quitting next year, next month, tomorrow. We quit one day at a time.

It's good to have you.
Telling that dirty whore to fuck off since 2/21/2012. You can do it too. Just stop being a pussy and do it.

I love this idea that everyone shares about embracing how shitty this is. When I feel like I'm going to scratch my skin off, all I need to do is look in the mirror because I did this to myself. I'll embrace it.
That's right brother. Own this shit. The more you realize that you did it to yourself and take the accountability of those acts, the more clear the path will be away from it.

Good stuff. Keep fighting. If a fucknut like me can figure this out, so can you.

Hey Bro - Embrace the Suck meaning enjoy the pain. We caused it now it's time to soak up the pains of quitting and remember every second of it. Never want to go through it again. I'm Day 26 and chewed Cope for over 22 years. Been chewing on something since like 5th grade - habitually since 16. Time to Embrace the suck. It does get better but I have had one of those days where I've been pretty grumpy all day. Tomorrow will be better but today was still great because I am QUIT. Stay strong and stay close to this site - it gets better but you have to hurt first for it to mean something. Grind it out brother!!!
