Today is Day 50...I am proud of that fact but in no way have I arrived yet.

But I have learned a few things in the last 50 days that I will share in the hopes that someone might benefit.

When you make that decision to quit and join KTC do the following:

1.  Buy in 100 % because it is a system that if followed will be successful.

2.  Don't think you are special..everyone here understands what you are going through.

3.  Never miss roll call and start your day with it.

4.  Read Read and Read.

5.  The first week is bad.  Man up and fight for your life and your freedom.

6.  Build some relationships in your group.

7.  Build some relationships with some badass quitters way ahead of you.

8.  Don't be a spectator...get involved in the site...encourage...help..

I could keep listed things but you get the idea.

I am halfway to the HOF which is really just the beginning of my lifelong quit journey.

Thanks to all my brothers who have helped me thus far.
Very nice! Keep on killin it!
Absolutely! Keep on keeping on!!!!

Today is day 28....

I am feeling better and stronger each day. There are still times when the urge is so strong but I am now learning how to deal with it. I have many tools and resources to handle it now...including some digits from my May Group.

I have found that if I read introductions of new quitters and add advice it makes my quit stronger.

Staying involved in KTC is the key.

Never missing roll call is key...I will be at 97 % when I reach my HOF date because I failed to post early in my quit.

Thanks to all the continued support.
