Snus is wicked stuff -- that was the vehicle for my addiction.

You caved so you know the drill: Change your quit date -- Answer the questions and POST ROLL with the March group.

Day 1
« on: December 11, 2017, 11:06:00 PM »
Dipped for 23 years. Quit cold turkey two years ago. Relapsed with Snus this summer thinking it would be harmless and I could control it. Moment of weakness wiped out two years of quit. Sick of the guilt, ninja use and hiding it from my wife (but I'm sure she knows). Up to can a day (15 pouches). White spots on my upper gums after only six months of using Snus. Scared and done. Day one. I know what's coming next few days but I got to kick the Nic bitch for good.
