Had some big time fog this morning, man oh man. stopped and grabbed some jolly ranchers and it's been helping a ton. Sitting here at work is the only time that is really tough, to much time to think about it. Day 8 though and still doing pretty good, headaches have gone for now so that's a plus.
Keep drinking water...that fog will wash away soon enuff. Quit today with you B.R.O.
I defiantly dont drink enough water, I'll give that a try. thanks!
Tons of water. Some say if you pass a bathroom and don't take a piss you aren't drinking enough. If you don't drink enough water to start with...it may be difficult at first, but force yourself to drink at least 64oz in a day and shoot for 100oz.

Test post from my mobile seeing if this works. Sweet got it. Didn't want to mess up roll..lol you fuckers get cranky..lol

thanks tarp got it.

applejack- I can't even find the fake stuff around here. jerky chew is it and hate that stuff. thanks for the support.
Right on!

Personally, I think doing it without fake is just a li'l extra badass! 'oh yeah'
LOL, without a doubt.
I quit without fake except for one shitty day around day 80. I believe having it in my desk saved my quit. Have not used it since but I know it kept me from having to post another day one.

Welcome BRO. Rdad is a BAQ and I concur on the addiction, we are all addicts here. Why did you join in June and just quit now? Just curious.
thought that I was ready to quit back then but just couldn't do it. I'm not sure what is different but I was driving last week went to take a dip and said "fuck this shit" opened up the can and dumped it out the window.

Hardest thing I've done since getting divorced.

I'm not going back, this is the second time that I've honestly tried to quit.
First time lasted 6 weeks and I thought I could just dip once..wrong I couldn't. I wont make that mistake again.
It is hard, but we all have been there. Get some digits from fellow quitters and buckle up. A supportive text from the middle of nowhere can be a crave stopper!
came so damn close to caving last night after hockey...somehow fought through it and made it.
You can do it man - we've all been there. Get some seeds, fake dip, candy gum - whatever it takes to keep that shit out of your mouth.

The freedom is worth it.

Dig in and read as much on this site as you can - HOF Speeches, Words of Wisdon, etc.

Proud to quit with you today
I don't think I want to try the whole fake dip stuff. I think that half my addiction was the sensation of the dip in my lip.
I avoided the fake too. It was just a li'l too close for comfort and I figured it was playing with fire.

That said... If you ever need an assist to get you over a crave hump, do NOT hesitate to utilize it. No nic... No problem. Embrace this shitty beginning. Remember it and use it to fuel your new "never again" mentality. Get involved and stay involved bro... It works.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.
